Unfollowing a bunch of retards today. Step up your game, Tumblrers. You bore me.

It was amusing at first, but now I must state my complete and utter revulsion at the “fuck yeah___” trend on Tumblr.  I suspect it’s just something I’ll need to grow accustomed to given the pervasiveness of it, but honestly, it is just so unoriginal.  (Not to mention, it pretty much disqualifies you from most mainstream attention.  Can you imagine a CNN anchor saying “breaking news from the blogosphere:  on “Fuck Yeah Lindsey Lohan”, it was revealed…”  Not gonna happen.)

Anyway, that’s all I have to say.  There are good blogs that I enjoy who use the “fuck yeah” formula, but I’m urging them all to reconsider and to go with something a bit more original.
